I am 27 weeks pregnant. I have had my cerclage placed at 14 weeks. Now my discharge has increased which has a slight colour change. My discharge has a slight peach colour which is milky or egg white in consistency. I did my ultrasound scanning on 23rd August and found that amidst the cerclage placed, my cervix has dilated to 6mm. Yesterday onwards I have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and started on insulin. I just want to know why sometimes the vaginal discharge has a slight pinkish colour and why sometimes it is just white...

Because your cervical is is opened means 6 mm.Meet to gynaecologist and take medicine.Bed rest is compulsory and support in the form of progesterone.Avoid constipation and cough.
