Hello Doctor Am in my 31st week (8th month) I got a small pile mass in 28 th week Up on consultation Doctor suggested Lignocaine Hydrochloride Gelly 2% and Soframycin ointments to be applied twice in a day.however Situation was okay by few days..but again after some days the mass got big and felt discomfort..continued the ointments and felt better..but from 1-2 days the mass got much more bigger and it's paining like anything from yesterday...why it's happening even after application of ointments...and don't have constipation problem...can the discomfort and pain be reduced...by continuing these ointments or need to used any other ointments Please suggest remedies Thank you

From the description it seems to be a thrombosed pile. You have to get it operated to reduce pain.  Whether the surgeon wants to do surgery in your advanced stage of pregnancy is a question. Please consult with a General Surgeon in your area for further management.

During pregnancy the mass can increase in size because of increase blood flow.You can apply cold compress on the affected area to relieve pain .Visit your Gynaecologist or surgeon nearby to rule out bluish discoloration of piles , rule out strangulation of piles

U can take sitz bath Tak a tub of warm water, put antiseptic in it and sit for few min It l help in reducin the size and also for pain Even though u dnt hav constipation.. Better to go for stool softners Consult general surgeon locally for examination, surgery can be avoided till delivery if possible unless emergency
