Ultrasound Cervix 3.9CM OS closed, showing no incompetncy, and all Normal. But in TVS scan internal OS s open and internal cervix is 1.25 CM with 2.5 CM funneling, Dr suggested bed rest and can be walk inside house slightly. I am worried, is all normal and can I complete 36 week full term, with right diet and bed rest.

You have been advised bed rest. You can walk in the house for a short while.
Complete bed rest is also very cumbersome. So you should continue with your routine.
