Progesterone tablets are given for a supportive role..It can be stopped after 11-12Week's.. In high risk cases it may be continued. Folic acid also can be stopped after first trimester.. But some may advise DHA combinations for fetal brain development

Folic acid supplements are prescribed for the first 3 months of pregnancy as they are important for neural development.
it is a routine to stop these and start with iron and calcium for rest of pregnancy.
