Pregnancy or Periods
Hi I am 35 years old and trying for baby from past 2 years. I conceived Naturally in month of Feb 2022 and had missed abortion at 9 weeks. Now I desperately trying after April and no luck, my doc did artificial insemination on 5th July he gave my letroz in the beginning of my periods. And there was 3 follicle growing . He did insemination after 24hrs of follicle rupture. And gave progesterone and susten to have till I dobt get my periods, Now I missed my periods by 3 days and pregnancy test is coming negative. Can you please tell is it the right time to perform insemination after 24 hrs of follicle rupture ? Or there is possibility of conception.

Yes it was the correct time But iui has a success of approximately 40 percentage only Not all patients will conceive after iui Was a test called hsg done to see if tubes are open or closed

Yes ...after rupture we will inseminate within 18-36 hrs...Do beta HCG ...it is accurate.

Ideal time of  artificial insemination is 36hours after trigger . Egg survive for 1 day and sperm for 3 days inside female  body . . Kit test are not very sensitive . Get a Betahcg blood test done . That is 100 percent accurate
