Counting baby kicks at 35 weeks
Hi, I am 35 weeks pregnant and my gynaecologist have asked me to count kicks. I usually count when it kicks its usually 20-30times in a row but i am unsure if ots kicks or hiccups only as its only one sided. Sometimes these kicks i feel twice a day again 20-30times in one time and then sometimes i feel movement like its moving inside and few days i dont feel that movement. I have got ultrasound done just 2 weeks back and agin my ultrasound is lined up again next week. My question is am. I counting the kicks right now that i am nearing labour i would want to keep a track of baby movement since i have gestational diabetes. My amniotic fluild level in last ultrasound was at 19. Heartbeat was normal. Can you please guide me if i am counting kicks right and how to differentiate between hiccups and kicks of baby? Thank you very much in advance.

Daily fetal movement count : maintain a chart three times daily as to AFTER BREAKFAST, AFTER LUNCH and AFTER DINNER , 30 mins after food after walk , sit down in a place while marking , only you can feel and mark and no distractions as phone or tc . On whole day count minimum 10 counts. If less than 10 be alert for the same.
