Pregnancy and rheumatoid arthritis

Hello doc, I am recently diagnosed with RA m under the medication and I have missed my periods this month.. Confirmed pregnancy test. My doc has told me tat in the 3rd month of pregnancy miscarriage will definitely happen... Pl advice me wat to do further..
