Hi all, in my nt scan, the report shows that my placenta is low lying and reaching internal os.is this something to get worried...please advise

NT scan - you might have done at 12 weeks of pregnancy.
Now you need not to worry about bleeding and all.
Mostly it will be corrected when the baby grows.
