Pregnancy Infertility
Hi Doc, I am 27, TTC 4years. My husbands count is 4mil & my amh level is only 1.3 Was on clomid for 6 months, tried naturally but no results. Hus took maxoza L for few months but no improvement in the count. We tried 2 iuis but failed. Then finally we opted for an ivf icsi treatment but that too failed. They could only retrieve 5eggs & only 2 got fertilized. Doctor saying quality could be the reason for implantation failure. My uterus, endometrium, Tubes & ovaries all are perfect as per doc.. Normal periods & regular ovulation!! Still not conceived once! I am devastated please help!

Now...... that can be a pretty frustrating situation to be in. But hang on dear; your AMH value and your husband's semen count is pretty much optimal for IVF/ICSI.
Next Steps
You definitely should try for another cycle of IVF/ ICSI with possibly different set of medications under your doctor's supervision.
Health Tips
I hope you are taking DHEA tablets. If a repeat cycle also suggests poor quality of eggs/embryos, you may need to consider the option of egg donation.

Please consult reproductive endocrinologist or Infertility specialist. You need discuss the options. With this low sperm count natural or IUI conception  seems highly unlikely.
