Pregnancy
Hi, based on LMP I should be 10 weeks, but ultra sound shows 6 weeks 4 days with no heartbeat. I did not get any pregnancy symptoms too. I'm so worried. Is it viable pregnancy?

There is still hope as some pregnancies are late conception...hence the weeks is less then actually weeks calculated according to LMP. Having said that you have to do a scan after one week to know if the pregnancy is growing and is viable

start folic acid and progesterone immediately...to know more connect with me online

Being 6 weeks by usg, when it should be 10 weeks by lmp is usually not a problem, this can happen in cases of delayed or late conception. However, most of the times heartbeat can be seen after 6 weeks especially on a TVs scan. In your case, you may wait a week and repeat the usg. In the meantime, consult a gynaecologist for supportive treatment.

Do a sonogram after 7 days to foetal viability. Meanwhile consult a gynaecologist for supportive treatment.
