Age 29 yrs,conceived,6 week pregnant as per my doctor,sir 4. week am getting back pain and stomach pain same is not the severe,but
last 3 days onwards am getting pain on right side lower abdomen particularly while walking.yesterday my gyno confirmed that am have not cysts and pain is due to cyst.please suggest is pain is because of cyst or any other serious issue.no bleeding and having motion sickness
