I have a history of delayed and irregular periods.Can I take any OC to regulation my period and minimum time of 2-3 years so when I can stop then after that I can conceive?or If I continually take this then my fertility will decrease when I will stop this?I want to conceive by 2022.Do I have to plan now onwards?

Hello dear, First get yourself evaluated properly for all the hormonal problems you have. And let's correct it first. Yes hormonal treatment takes months. But when we get to know the exact problem then we can plan accordingly that when and how we should plan your treatment as the target is you need pregnancy by 2022

Next Steps
Get Complete Blood count,Serum LH, FSH, Prolactin and thyroid test done on day 2 of periods fasting levels Get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness
