Straining and constipation can cause bleeding in early pregnancy. Also they can increase the chances of piles oblique haemorrhoids in pregnancy. So you need to get them treated. There are many other causes of bleeding like hormone, imbalance or genetic . you have to discuss it with your treating Gynaecologist .
If the reason for bleeding in early pregnancy is a subchorionic hematoma yes constipation and straining while Bowelbmovement will disturb the hematoma and lead to excessive bleeding
