Pregnancy complications
My wife is 18 weeks pregnant and it's a high risk pregnancy she is always getting anxious about the baby's heartbeat. She had her NT when she was 12 weeks pregnant and as it's already 6 weeks so she is getting anxious every single day whether there is heartbeat or not as she has no baby bump yet or not movement yet. In case something has happened will she get to know if the heartbeat stops any symptoms she is panicking so much daily and next TIFA is after 2-3 weeks. Please advise how to calm her

If first trimester scan was all ok and no any other warning symptoms like bleeding/ pain abdomen etc and if u are on regular antenatal visit to gynaecologist then no need to get anxious. wait till Level 2 ultrasound. And if any doubt then do an ultrasound fetal well being asap. Anxiety may have bad effect on ur current pregnancy. So stay calm/ happy/ try meditation , eat healthy. Any doubt consult doctor.
