Pregnancy and dermoid cyst
I have a dermoid cyst of 3 cm and I conceived, is that pregnancy possible with cyst present, or the cyst should be removed?

Yes. There is nothing against conception even if you have a Dermoid cyst. Please wait till 12 weeks . At that stage you should repeat sonography.  Then we can decide whether the cyst should be removed or not.

Now that you are pregnant and the size of the cyst is small you can continue with your pregnancy  ignoring the cyst

It's okie ....not compulsory that you should remove it immediately....should be cautious and have frequent visits and consultation...only if it's causing any problem then consider removal. Connect to discuss further
