Pregnancy 7th month clarification
Hi, I am 26 weeks pregnant as for now I don't have any complications like sugar thyroid or high BP.upto five months of pregnancy I gain only two kilos but after that from 19 weeks to 26 weeks I gain around 9 kg is it normal...my pre pregnancy weight is 68 kg now I am 80 kg...my height is 5.6.i am getting starving also so I couldn't avoid eating...how to control my weight ...is it normal in this stage...how many kg I can increase max... please someone help

Weight gain is not normal Kindly get your blood sugar level tested Starving is not recommended in pregnancy You can start brisk walking for 30 minutes. No heavy exercise to be done
