AFI 10 cm is okay, you can take argipreg, there’s no major side effects. Take rest in left lateral position, drink plenty of water &eat healthy and balanced diet, repeat Ultrasound scan after a week

AFI 10 cm at 34 weeks is okay. You can start the argipreg sachet but it is hardly of any use. Increase the protein intake in your diet and get an ultrasound done after 15 days
