At 19 week pregnancy my report says posterior placenta 2.5 cm from internal OS. Is it normal or low lying .. kindly suggest.

It is low lying placenta but don't worry it should go up slowly with progression of pregnancy.

Do nothing because you can do nothing.
Don't even think. The report is there. It will change in subsequent ultrasound examination.
Be happy that you are pregnant. There are many who are struggling to conceive.
