Preconception question
My husband has vitamin d deficiency...so is it recommended for him to take vitamin d supplement during preconception period.. Does any sort of vitamin deficiency have any impact on baby long term??? Pls advise

Hello.. Well he can take supplements of vitamin d...there is no problem due to that....your husband being deficient will not affect the baby in any case...because what ever the nutrients the baby will be acquiring all the nutrients from you.... not from father...thank you
