Vitamin D in Pregnancy
Dear Doctor, Fist of all thanks for taking out time to guide me. My Vitamin D is 22.25 ng/ml and I'm planning for pregnancy..Do I need to get injection to increase my Vit D value??

. Hello... Vitamin D a level of 20 nanograms/milliliter to 50 ng/mL is considered normal... Your vitamin is within normal limit... If you want you can take few vitamin D tablets.. Drink milk ,if you are planning for pregnancy go with it.... No need of vitamin d injections.....
