Vitamin D after intercourse

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hello, I am taking Vitamin D 60k capsules.Can I take it after intercourse? Will if show any affect if I conceive? Please suggest me if the dose is safe to take or not. Also,I would like to know some suggestions and precautions to take when trying to conceive. THANK YOU
