I understand your concern but will be needing more detailed information regarding reasons for the renal failure. Is it CKD (CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE) Or Diabetic Nephropathy.
Also is the patient on Dialysis? For getting control over SERUM CREATININE. One must take care of following :
-Protein intake
-Pottasium levels and Intake
-Sodium levels and intake
-Also foods to help you with B. P And Sugar control
