I was planning for a healthy baby in few months, before that i wanted to know my egg quality so that i can conceive a healthy baby. Can you please suggest regarding follow issues 1) when should I go for Pre-Conception checkup regarding my periods 2) What checkups do i need to take to get confidence that Im good enough to have a healthy baby

There is no way out to know about egg quality in natural conception. But since you are 30yrs only and there is no other significant history we assume egg quality to be normal only. But there are few investigations you can do preconception.

U can get 2 tests done One is a blood test amh levels That tells u how ur ovaries are functioning Second is an ultrasound called antral follicle volume Strt folic acid supplements 3 months prior to conception Tsh should be less than 2.5 Rubella igg should be positive
