Ppi and antacid
I m having pantaprazole/ rabeprazole every single days for last 2 years and now I see some side effects like loose stools for months...please tell me how to stop taking them as whenever I try to stop them my condition gets worse

Antacid needed only for 3 :4 days till ppi start working, so stop right away, ppi dose gradually reduce and see if it can be stopped

Regular intake of PPI or antacid is not indicated unless you have Chronic Gastritis.
Next Steps
I would suggest you to do H.pylori antigen test and in case of being positive to be treated with antibiotic regimen.
