Powdered substances teeth
Hello doctor, I'm brushing only once in a day. From last week onwards, powdered like substances conning from my teeth while scratching with my finger nail. What is that? I'm using a very well known brand of toothpaste. Help me. Thank you.

Be careful about your brushing technique. Dont do very vigorous brushing. Take your time. Dont be in a hurry while brushing.
