My doctor has suggested me to drink milk for Vit D3 deficieny . I am trying to avoid coffee and tea as I am CRP positive and I have inflammation in my body ... Also sometimes I can drink Turmeric Milk but I don't wanna make it a regular milk drink for me.
Can u suggest choclate flavoured milk powder that is good in taste ,affordable and do not promotes weight gain.

If you are severely deficient in the Vitamin D3 levels, then drinking Milk is only going to change levels to a minimum. Is there a particular reason your doctor did not offer you any supplemental D3 / Calcium (Pill) ?
