See it looks like a scratch. You must be aware if any dog has made that scratch with his paws. Certainly not snake bite. Take injections accordingly.

Difficult to say but you should be knowing which animal has bitten you? Do you have any pain or itching or numbness any one or more of such problems
Clean the wound with some antiseptic solution and apply any antibiotic ointment like betadine.
Take inj. Tetanus toxoid 0.5ml
Consult with details.

You don't even know whether the animal in whose contact you came was a snake or a dog.
Anyway it was neither a snake nor a dog. It doesn't need a very advanced treatment from a Doctor. But it needs local treatment which can be provided by your friendly Family Physician.
