Postural imbalance
My left shoulder is a little more upward the my right one. Also when I stand my left foot points a little more outwards then my right one.

This is just imbalance between musculature of left and right side of body. This can be correctable by exercises if not pathological.

It’s need some postural correction , stand erect with wall support keep ur back and entire spine on wall , then rest both the shoulders slightly retract it , foots and legs together, inhale slowly and exhale slowly , do it daily until u get proper posture.

Hi, it would b great if you can visit yourself for Posture examination since such complaints are only observed with postural imbalance and people who carries laptop bag on their shoulder.
