It’s need some postural correction , stand erect with wall support keep ur back and entire spine on wall , then rest both the shoulders slightly retract it , foots and legs together, inhale slowly and exhale slowly , do it daily until u get proper posture.
Hi, it would b great if you can visit yourself for Posture examination since such complaints are only observed with postural imbalance and people who carries laptop bag on their shoulder.
