Postpartum Not taking supplements
Good morning doctor, right from pregnancy 5th month i was not taking calcium and now i already gave birth my baby is 2 and half months old still am not taking calcium bcz of acidity and gastric problems since yesterday days am feeling twitching kind of thing only on oneside of face is this because of calcium ? Also sometimes dizziness after giving birth am not taking even iron also because of constipation thank you please reply

Consult a neurologist for facial twichings  .... Take calcium tablet every alternative day  after food  if u geting  gastric effects  with it  or  take calcium more in diet  in place of tablet  like  milk  curd  paneer  ragi   ... Take iron rich diet  like  green leaves  methi  pista  beet root  jaggerry

You need to connect with a  neurologist to  find out the reason for the twitching on the face for the dizziness get your hemoglobin vitamin d and b12 levels checked
