Now i am exclusively breastfeeding and today after 17 days bleeding started again , it started with a bit heavy flow but back to normal periods like bleeding after 1 -2 hour. I don't have any other symptoms like fever , pain and clots.

Postpartum bleeding usually settles by day 5, so new bleeding at day 17 after a C-section is common. It's often the uterus still settling down, or sometimes an early return of your period even while breastfeeding. With no fever, pain or clots, this isn't an emergency right now.
Next Steps
Keep track of how heavy the flow is and how long it lasts. A pelvic ultrasound can check for any retained tissue if it continues past 2 to 3 days or gets heavier.
Health Tips
Please see your obstetrician soon if the bleeding gets heavier, you pass clots, or you develop fever or pain.
