Postpartum bleeding
I am 39 days postpartum. Had c section . Started bleeding again today . It stopped after 3 weeks of delivery and i was having yellow brown discharge but today it's bright red bleeding. No other symptoms. Is it normal or should I take some medication.

Observe for symptoms for another week , thereafter contact ur gynaecologist if bleeding continues or there are other symptoms

It is too long a period for a patient to bleed after a delivery or a Caesarean.
You must have got many investigations done but also get a Sonography done with a view to see retained pieces of placenta or membranes ; or to see arteriovenous malformations.
