Postmenopause bleeding
My mother recently got postmenopausal bleeding after 2.5 years of menopause. Consulted a local gynaecologist and USG done. All the reports of USG are normal. Doctor suggested her to get biopsy done. What can be done in this situation kindly suggest.

Better to get hysteroscopy d&c rather than plain biopsy.

Yeah post menopausal bleeding needs to be evaluated…get a pippelle biopsy and Pap smear

If she is not diabetic... Hypertensive.... Not obese... If no risk factors... Then pap smear and endometrial biopsy on opd basis that is pipelle biopsy will suffice
