  4. About bleeding. Normal or misscarriage?

About bleeding
Hello doctors... I am 31 years old. I am 5 weeks pregnent. Today i had very small amount of bleeding while passing urine. I consulted doctor. Doctor examine by ultra sound scan. She told embryo baby is there in sac. 3 days back they suggest tablets, ecosprin, Dydroflow10mg, folic acid tablet. Today she told to stop ecosprin. She suggested pause 500 tablet when get bleeding. Is this normal or misscarriage? Please tell me. I have no pain.
