Post traumatic fingers stiffness
Dear Sir, I have post traumatic stiffness in my right hand ring finger. And I am unable to bend or mobilise the finger. Currently undergoing was therapy for the same. I came to know that my colleague friend is also having similar issue where the doctor recommended a some special cloth tape which cost around RS2000 and can be used twice. After using the cloth on his affected finger he was not able to bend the finger. I am unable to reach him to get the full details. I would request you kindly provide the details of that cloth so that I can use the same. Thanks

• Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation. • Gentle Stretching of Hand Muscles. • Ball exercises. • Wrist Exerciser.
