Post traumatic arthritis.
I had a knee injury due to over use 9 months back . Specifically meniscus grade 1 signalling and acl sprain. The pain doesn't go away after 9 months...is this developing into chronic post traumatic arthritis which can't be solved or reversed...i am just 28 and this feels like handicapped. Please guide me here The doctors just said it will heal no need for anything. But what if this developed into a life long condition?

Usually, knee arthritis doesn't develop at such an early age. Did you had any injury or jerk after which these problems started. Is the pain continuously there or intermittent. Grade 1 meniscus and ACL sprain isn't considered a severe injury which may cause knee arthritis so quickly.
Next Steps
You should start with Hot fomentation,  take analgesic with anti inflammatory medicine, calcium and vitamin d supplement,  medicines for knee joint strengthening, start knee strengthening exercises.
Health Tips
Avoid sitting down cross leg, avoid Indian toilet, avoid heavy work..
