Post pregnancy skin issues
I am facing pimples problem after my delivery. My child is of 2.5 months and I breastfeed him. Please suggest something to reduce acne swelling and slow down or stop their occurrence.

This could be because of constipation or ingestion of too many hot things. Please eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. After pregnancy, theres lot of changes in body. The body is trying to normalise hormonal immbalance and it takes time. So dont worry about acne, make your focuse on your child. For now you have to get some steps like eating proper food and followes proper lifestyle and aclimatise your body with seasonal changes. For that you should drink lukewarm boiled water. Water is best medicin as well as body part.

Just Ashokarishta two tsf twice aday with equàl water in empty stomach. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengramsprouts. In every meal. Drink enough water. Sleep leisurely for six hrs atleast at night.

Dear friends 1) pimples related with hormonal imbalances 2) when menstruation continues after 5 to 6 months of your delivery, pimples will disappear gradually. 3) Syp.purodil(Aimil) 10 ml 2 times in a day. 4) clean your face with rose water.

Hello We've understood your issue. A few home remedies that'll be helpful are: Apply the paste attained from grinding coriander seeds and rhizome of Sweet Flag (घोरवच, Acorus Calamus) in supernatant fluid of Curd, on face. When the paste is about to dry, clean with a wet cloth. Try doing this atleast 2 -3 times a day. If freshly made curry leaves are available. The paste of which can also be applied over face. When the paste is about to dry, clean with a wet cloth. Try doing this atleast 2 -3 times a day.
