Post.Pregnancy fat.

Unable to reduce post pregnancy delivery fat in spite of routine daily exercises and diet. Flabby belly, thighs and arms are making me feel very uncomfortable. Any medicines you suggest orally? Fat and saggy belly along with double chin is making me feel low.

Do abdominal crunches, air cycling, wall squats to reduce tummy n thigh fat.To lose weight at 5-6small meals a day.Eat plenty of fresh fruits n vegetables.Take a plant based protein supplement.Drink6 -8glasses of water a day.Sleep atleast 8hrs a day and have atleast 1hr of dedicated physical activity.
