Post partum condition period paused
I delivered a baby on Dec 2022 via c section, currently breast feeding my child; and after bleeding for 18-20 days. I had normal periods on February 6th 2023- 8th February 2023. Since then I am not having my regular periods. Mean while during my pregnancy and till now me and my husband are not in any physical relationship. No problem of thyroid not diabetes and not even issue with blood pressure. I am quite confused, how much time does it take to recover in the so called 4th trimester. And is my condition normal, or it's a matter of concern?

You will have irregular periods for 7-8 months after delivery. But during this time you can become pregnant. So you should some effective contraception like Copper T. From Medical point of view you and your husband can resume your normal sexual relationship.  It is more than 4 months since your Caesarean.

While breastfeeding u may not get your periods. No need to worry. U will resume your periods once you start weening your baby from breast feeding or decrease the frequency of it
