Post pandil hypertension
I have observed that my BP is always around 140-140/80 but after eating it goes to around 155/85.( After 40-50 mins of eating). I taken several BP readings at various times and these trends have been established as per data of last six months. All blood tests and ecg are normal. Is it normal ?? I am.on a very low sodium diet and exercise regularly. What can be cause of such post prandil hypertension,pls help

For how long the blood pressures are elevated after meals I mean do they increase right after eating and are elevated for 40-50 minutes Or they rise after 40-50 minutes after eating Get also an echo done And an ambulatory blood pressure monitoring Dr Ashish Srivastava General Physician & Clinical Cardiologist
