I was doing intermittent fasting one meal a day sometime and some time twice in a day.(Not properly)
My b.p is raising 140/100 mmHg from Last few days doctor suggested to do walking for 30min.reduce Salt intake and reduce stress and come after a week..will it reduce my bp..
I loose 5kg. previously
triglycerides was 350 now it comes down to 228 m not feeling any symptoms just muscle stiffness at upper back both sides I don't want to take the allopathic medicine!!will these lifestyle changes with proper diet walking etc reduce my b.p??? kindly suggest the true advice thank you .
