B p 140/100 from last week
I was doing intermittent fasting one meal a day sometime and some time twice in a day.(Not properly) My b.p is raising 140/100 mmHg from Last few days doctor suggested to do walking for 30min.reduce Salt intake and reduce stress and come after a week..will it reduce my bp.. I loose 5kg. previously triglycerides was 350 now it comes down to 228 m not feeling any symptoms just muscle stiffness at upper back both sides I don't want to take the allopathic medicine!!will these lifestyle changes with proper diet walking etc reduce my b.p??? kindly suggest the true advice thank you .

Yes life style changes are must for preventing any disease process. However we should check our BP regularly and if most of the readings are on higher side, may need to start on medicines
