Please find mri knee attached is there any problem in it? Presently i am experiencing Post op 3 mnth acl r akp knee swell tight getting rom(0-120) actively but prblems not able to walk with out single crutch while walking knee not locking as other normal knee due to swelling.. patella is free but not that much as normal..

If u need a crutch post 3 months then i think ur physio is not going in right direction... feeling of stiffness may also be becoz of that...buts usual to have little bit left

Feeling of Tightness post ACL is normal.
