ROM difficulty post ACL surgery
It's 45 days post ACL surgery. leg is kept in brace as per my surgeons instructions. Only during exercise I remove it. It's been 35 days iam doing all exercises told by my surgeon. I am facing difficulties with my ROM. With difficulty it reaches 90 degrees, but if I relax my leg straight for 5 minutes my leg gets jammed, the Ligament new graft gets very tight & it's painful again to get to 90 degrees. How long will this continue, when will my graft get flexible & my knee will bend with out pain

If you don't exercise, then the graft might tighten and cause further reduced ROM . Pain relief is very important. You can try CPM if active exercises are really difficult .
