First of all you should start walking regularly it's help alot...later on pelvic floor exercises..also back strengthening

You can start with the following exercises 1. Pelvic floor exercise 2. Diaphragmatic breathing 3. swiss ball bird dog hold 4. walking 5. Glute bridge 6. Post partum planks 7. Cat cow pose. If you can do at your own start with this exercises or for a first 10 days perform it under expert supervision to avoid any discomfort and pains.
