Coccycdinea post natal
I am residing g in preet vihar Delhi area. A need of qualified Dr and physiotherapist for Coccycdinea treatment. Earlier no history but post natal she is high some times acute pain. Xray report is normal.Presently taking consultation with orthopaedic Dr. He is a good Dr and suggested for pelvic floor strengthening exercise . Kindly help me out.

Definately physiotherapy is must for coccyxdynia pain.
not only pelvic floor strengthening but many other modalities will help too.
consult a good n professional physiotherapist n get yourself examined.
