Post laser redness/ pigmentation/melasma
Does post laser pigmentation go? It looks like melasma now. I went for CO2 laser session for a hyperpigmented scar on my cheek. This made scar even worst, later went for two sessions of q switched. But my skin hasn't come back to normal. I'm worried now, whether to continue to treatment with the same doctor. Added a photo.

Co2 sometimes can give you PIH that’s post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, it should reduce in couple of months ,I would need more photos to prescribe a skin care , n to actually recognise if it’s melasma or pih. …accordingly I can suggest

Continue with sunscreen and wait for a month before going for any procedure. If still pigment persists we can plan peels
