My child is 2.5 year old, weigh 13.9kg At first she catched cold, and next day fever... All settled by Cetirizine and paracetamol... Now mucus is reduced in noses.. but she started to cough and i feel the phelgm in chest... She cough and sometimes trying to vomit the phelgm from her throat... I need medicine for this... Please help

It is due to the congestion in nose and throat. You can give nasal saline spray and nebulization  hyperneb respules whenever the child feels such discomfort. No need to repeat cetrizine doses now.
