10 month old often catches cold
My daughter is 10 months old and since past 4-5months she catches cold often , almost like 3-4 weeks once. What is the reason and remedy for this? How do I prevent this?

If diet predominantly on milk may lead to anemia that may cause weak immunity leading to reccurent cold.

It's common in this age group ........just give healthy protein rich food ...to improve immunity
