Hi, I delivered a baby boy on 09/09/21 via C section. During pregnancy time, I got many stretch marks. My stomach is black in colour along with darker stretch marks post delivery. Can I start workout/yoga now? Also please suggest if any cream can be applied to reduce darkness of my stomach and stretch marks. Thanks in advance

Yes you can start working out first of all try card used later on go for tummy exercises once your 3 months Plus and also so if you are breast-feeding whatever creams or treatment if you are going to do for stretch mark it will not work because of the hormone called relaxin so wait until you finish breastfeeding and start treatment later on

After any surgery it is always a graded activity when you come back to normal. For the first 6 weeks you may have short walks and movement of legs so that you bring your legs to abdomen and back. You should get abdominal massage with Olive oil. As you gain strength you may do more strenuous activity. But it is a long drawn procedure.
Wait for at least 10-12 weeks before starting any high-impact exercises, such as aerobics, running and resistance or weight training.
let the body heal.
For marks , use coconut oil / richglow lotion /bio oil
