Post COVID recovery
Hi Doctors I am Manisha Goyal and i got COVID positive on 19th Jan and then tested negative on 2nd February . From 29th Jan i am having pain in left leg continuously . I start having breathing difficulty and chest pain that get severe many times which also radiates in my left hand and my back . My pulse rate is high most of the time. My CT scan is normal. I got d dimer test done ( biological reference 0-250 ) and that is elevated to 377... And my ECG  shows sinus Tachycardia. What can be the problem? Please guide me so that i can move forward with proper consultation. I am attaching my ECG for your reference.
