Post covid precautions
I got first symptom on may 1st.now my symptoms are completely subsided.then what should I take precautions..and I didn't test any covid inflammation test..can I go for this now.actually I completed 25 days

Hi, you don't need to go for any inflammatory markers if you are symptom free. Follow preventive protocols for covid in future.

Hi No neec to go for further testing if you are ok now Take normal precautions and follow all the SOPs wear mask, maintain distance and maintain hand hygiene And if not vaccinated get vaccinated 4 to 6weeks after you tested negative Thankyou

Check your temp, Spo2, sugar and bp. If no fever, cough, breathlessness then no need for checkup. Just take multivitamin tablets, steam inhalation, luke warm water gargle. Continue wearing mask and social distancing.
